Welcome to MicroDelulu (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the MicroDelulu app (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the Service

• MicroDelulu allows users to create virtual chat experiences with fictional characters.
• The App is for entertainment purposes only.

2. Third-Party Processing

We use OpenAI’s services to process user input and generate responses. By using the App, you consent to this processing.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to upload or transmit:

• Unlawful, harmful, abusive, or obscene content
• Content that infringes third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

4. No Therapy or Professional Advice

While some personas may resemble supportive or therapist-like roles, they are entirely fictional. MicroDelulu does not provide therapy, medical advice, or professional services.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If under 18, you may only use the App under a parent/guardian’s supervision.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) belong to MicroDelulu.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
